A Nature Connection walk is the antidote to high-stress, fast-paced modern lives. Studies have shown that mindfully slowing down and reconnecting to nature is nourishing for your mind, body and soul.
This is a 4 week series in which we’ll explore different pathways that help us reconnect to nature and ourselves. Each week, invitations may include:
- Guided sensory awareness meditation
- Slow wandering in "soft fascination"
- Gentle, breath centred yoga
- Nature sit spot
- Bush tea ceremony
Each walk will be from 6.30-8am on Tuesday mornings in June. Much like a morning Yoga or Tai Chi class, these sessions will help you find mental clarity and inner calm so that you can carry your best self into the day.
Week 1 (Tuesday 5th June) is a free taster for World Environment Day. After that, you can sign up to single events or the whole series. Click here to register for single events or the whole series through Eventbrite:
